Agoland, located at Carrera 22 # 4-11, Los Libertadores neighborhood, La Virginia, Risaralda, Colombia, is responsible for the personal data collected on agoland.com, through the “Partner with Agoland” form and through its WhatsApp channels. 2. Legal framework

This policy is governed by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (now part of Decree 1074 of 2015) and other Colombian data protection regulations.

• Identification and contact data: name, company, country, city, WhatsApp or phone number and email address.
• Business information you share with us: interests, products or lines of interest and your message.
• Minimal technical data logged by the server when you visit the site, such as your IP address, needed for operation and security.

We do not request sensitive data or data from minors.

• Respond to your requests, quotes and business proposals.
• Contact you through the channel you chose (WhatsApp, phone call, email or video call).
• Manage the business relationship with customers, distributors, partners, suppliers and investors.
• Send you product information and opportunities related to your request.
• Comply with legal obligations and requests from authorities.

By checking the consent box on the form, you give us your prior, express and informed authorization to process your data under this policy. We keep the date of that authorization as proof.

You may access, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; be informed about how we use it; file complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); revoke your authorization or request deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and access it free of charge.

7. How to exercise your rights

Write to us on WhatsApp or through the form with your name, your request and a way to reply. Inquiries are answered within 10 business days (extendable by 5 business days) and claims within 15 business days (extendable by 8 business days), as provided by Law 1581 of 2012.

8. Processors and international transfer

This website and its database are hosted on servers of a hosting provider located in the United States, which acts as a data processor under security measures. By giving your consent, you accept that your data is stored on those servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for purposes other than those in this policy.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to Agoland’s authorized team and regular backups.

10. Retention

We keep your data as long as needed for the purposes described, while a business relationship exists or as required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
